PPWRsolution is a platform that helps businesses manage their packaging compliance in Spain, including Declarations of Conformity, SDDR labels, and IEEPNR tax calculations. It doesn't replace professional legal or tax advice.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must give us accurate, up-to-date information.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription based on your chosen plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
You may not use the platform for illegal activity, to enter false data intending to generate fraudulent compliance documents, or to attempt unauthorized access to third-party accounts or systems.
PPWRsolution and its underlying technology are our property. Data you enter about your products and suppliers remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.
PPWRsolution generates documents and calculations as a compliance support tool, but final responsibility for your business's regulatory compliance remains yours. We don't guarantee that using the platform eliminates any risk of regulatory penalty.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of serious breach.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes with reasonable advance notice before they take effect.
