PPWRsolution is a packaging compliance platform for the Spanish market, operated as part of PPWR Solution. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
We collect the data you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), the SKU and supplier data you enter into the platform, and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) needed to run the service.
We use your data to provide the service (generating declarations, labels, and tax calculations), to communicate with you about your account, and to meet our own legal and tax obligations.
We process your data on the basis of performing our service contract with you, your consent where applicable, and our legitimate interest in improving and securing the platform, in line with the GDPR.
We share data with providers who help us run the service, such as payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers, only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and for the additional period required by Spanish tax and commercial regulations after it closes.
